Biscuits and Crackers
Heart & Compass
250g strong white or brown bread flour
25g pumpkin seeds
25g sesame seeds
5g poppy seeds
50ml olive oil
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl to form a dough.
Rollout the dough approx. 2 mm thick and cut into biscuit shapes
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for approx. 15-20 mins
Leave on a wire rack to cool down and dry out.
Top tip is to make them the day before so the crackers are totally crackery.
